Nevada Marriage License Information

There is no blood test required in the state of Nevada. The cost of the license is $55.00 (cash only) and there is no waiting period. The Clark County Marriage License Bureau is open 24 hours on the weekends and until midnight on the weeknights, every day of the year. It is located downtown Las Vegas, next to the Four Queens and Golden Nugget Hotel/Casinos. Age 18 or older, you will need a valid driver's license or a passport for identification. If you are between 16 and 18 years of age, you will need parental or legal guardian consent. Under age 16, you will require a court order from a local magistrate here in Las Vegas. A divorce decree or death certificate is not required.
